We have 2 beautiful private apartments available for a lovely stay in the quiet, beautiful mountanious surroundings of Kurort Semmering. We also offer immersive language stays which include intensive language courses and are able to arrange guided cultural hikes in the area, if you let us know what you are looking for we will always do our best to help arrange your perfect stay in Semmering.

Check in is usually at 4 pm however we strive to accommodate as best we can so please let us know your approximate arrival time and we will do always do our best for you. We can also arrange a self check in for late arrivals, please contact us in advance to arrange this.

We offer seasonal summer and winter rates as well as a range of packages or promotional offers, it is best to get in touch with us direct for the best possible price or be sure to follow us on social media for special offers as they become available.

We are able to offer English, German, French and sometimes Spanish language support.

We are pet friendly however this must be arranged prior to arrival so that the apartments can be prepared for you.

A car port is available and is free of charge

Semmering is located 90km away from Vienna, 105km from Graz, 163km from Bratislava (SK), and 83.5km from Sopron (HU).

The centre of Semmering is less than a 10-minute drive away where restaurants, shops and other amenities can be found, the Train Station is a 20-minute walk (5 min drive) away and the Golf Club is 6 km away.
